This year there was such a great demand for bacon sandwiches we had to up our game, managing to cook 23 rashers at once! Last year we only managed 21. We were so proud, people thought our cheering was the race starting.
Over two weekends, our Seniors went flying in a light aircraft. These are the photos of us visiting Bembridge on the Isle of Wight for lunch before flying around The Needles and back home.
Huge congratulations to our Senior Scouts for finishing their 1st Class Hike, a 2 day 1 night hike covering at least 25km. They showed great determination and resilience over this weekend and they should be very proud!!
Well done to all the Cubs at Holly Lodge Primary School today. We certainly love a Cake Friday. The grand total raised was £199.07.
It was a challenging evening of tough questions and great food, but there can only be one wooden spoon winner!
It was great to see so many attending the Ash Remembrance Parade today and as always, we were honoured to take part.
Thank you to all those who braved the storm and came to our Bonfire Night, it was probably the wettest on record for us.
On July 13th the Beavers trekked several miles through the army training grounds and picnicked near a large erratic. Fun was had by all.
